About Us

I'm Erin, the creator of Carbs and Diamonds. I'm a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) currently working in New York. I started my nursing career back in March of 2020, and since then it has been a long and tough journey caring for patients during the pandemic. After coming home from a hectic shift in the Covid unit, all I wanted to do was get out of my sweaty scrubs and put on something comfortable. That's why I started Carbs and Diamonds, so I could provide comfortable and stylish clothing for health care workers who needed a break from their uniforms.  Here, I want to provide people with an outlet to express their individual style while feeling relaxed and comfortable at the same time.
